Weekdays & Sundays: 12:00pm - 10:00pm
Saturdays: 12:00pm - 11:00pm
Vendor Load-in & Load-out Guidelines
Vendors are permitted to arrive to the venue as early as 6 hours prior to an event start time. Vendors have the ability to deliver within a selected 3 hour window the day prior to the event pending availability; This window must be pre-determined and approved by venue management 30 days prior to the event. Vendors must have all items removed off the property by 12pm the day following their event, with the exception of Saturday events, when items should be removed by the following Monday at 12:00pm unless otherwise agreed upon in the formal agreement.
